International/Out-of-Town Patients


While located in Metro Manila, Philippines, CARMI will be able to assist patients from out-of-town or even from another country. We may be able to provide assistance by:

 

  • Helping set the initial appointment
  • Making the initial consultation/s by long distance or overseas call
  • Coordinating the early portion of the IVF program at the patient’s locality
  • Providing assistance for accommodation and site-seeing

 

Making the Initial Appointment

Local and out-of-town patients may set their initial appointment online by filling up the form, sending an email through This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Making the initial consultation is important and it is necessary to prepare the reports of all necessary tests in preparation for this consultation.


Making the Initial Consultation by Phone

Domestic and international out-of-town calls may be arranged once a physician is chosen and an agreed time is set. There are fixed fees for each, lasting a maximum of 30 minutes and payment may be collected by credit card or bank transfer. You may arrange for this ahead of time, preparing all necessary test results if any, in preparation for the consultation.

 

Coordinating the Early Part of the IVF Program at the Patient’s Locality

In very special situations, the handling of the first few days of the IVF treatment program may be allowed at the patient’s locality prior to the arrival of the patient at CARMI for direct management. This may only be allowed when:

  • A trained physician at the patient’s locality is able to coordinate with our CARMI doctor
  • The required tests (blood tests and ultrasound) are available
  • The patient guarantees to arrive at the agreed date at CARMI to ensure uninterrupted management


Please coordinate with your physician if this is an option that you may be allowed to take.
